Guests are considered children up to 9 years of age, after that they pay adult price. Younger children don't pay for accommodation and can sleep in existing beds.

Good value, interesting stay which put us in touch with Peruvian culture!

No foreign tourists! Clean, Beautiful location Reasonable price.

It was very crowded over the weekend. Many young children, but it was not a deal-breaker!

Wonderful

All the activities available and how large the resort grounds are. The food was good and staff were great.

There were a ton of bugs and the breakfast could have had more options. I didn’t like that you had to pay for more coffee and water. Would have been great if the pool was heated. The playground equipment needs updating.

The food was great but pricey. The pool was excellent. The grounds were nice and relaxing for bike rides and long walks. This is a great place to relax and unwind.

There is no wifi in the rooms only in the common spaces.

Nice location, nice landscape, very large area, really nice to just walk around, very friendly staff, very good food.

Small things that could be improved: a/c was not needed this time of the year but did not cool at all, bathroom water pressure was not like in a city (expected but could improve).

Breakfast was great and they allowed us to switch the eggs for pancakes for the kids with no extra cost.

It would have been nice to have more vegetarian options.

It has potential but not there yet

The scenary and the complex is nice and have potential.

No AC in the rooms. One night was 30 degrees Celsius. Impossible to sleep. There was no hot water during the stay. I am all for saving the planet and keeping the environment as clean as possible. But relying solely on solar panels for hot water means that if there is no sun there is no hot water. Both days I shower with cool water. Also there was no service at any of the 2 bars from 5:00 to 8:30pm. And the first day we had to chase people to get towel because the office where they supply them was closed even though it says to be open since 8:30am. At 10 it was still closed.

Wonderful

Everything! especially the sheer size of the place and the activities you can do at the hotel. I personally loved riding the bike exploring the hotel area to do birdwatching, you can go to the river, small forest, minizoo, chapel, and nearby farm...

almost nothing, but do not forget to use your mosquito repellent when you exploring area near the river and farm!!

Hotel look amazing outside, but service is very poor.

The garden and the swimming pool was great! also they have a small zoo with different animals like llamas, ostrich, parrots, deers. Very big room.

1.The security did not want to let us to the hotel coz they couldnot find our reservation. we had to stay outside in the car till thry find our booking. 2. No internet in the rooms ( only in the restaurant and pool), which we were not informed about. 3. No drinking water or kettle to make tea. 4. the safety box was broken. 5. floor in the room was dirty. 6. staff was very rude and didnt speak english at all. 7. The brekfast was very poor ( accorsing to the booking it should be very good breakfast included). Por person: only one portion of eggs, 3 pieces of small breads, small fruit salad, one coffee and one small juice. You must pay if u want to eat extra bread or drink more juice.
